Zombie Eat Zombie is a game mechanic that serves as a fun way to stake your Zombies for the duration of the season, and thus reduce the supply available on marketplaces.

In return for staking your NFTs, eating a Zombie results in success, brain earning, and NFT Ticket earning probabilities similar to a Level 3 Brain.

Zombies that are consumed are locked in staking until the season ends, at which point you can unstake them and return them to your wallet, ready to be fed again for the next season.

A zombie can consume any other zombie, provided that the consuming zombie is not within its 24-hour cooldown. However, the zombie that is being eaten does NOT have to wait if it is currently in a cooldown phase; it can be consumed at any time.

The level of the zombie being eaten has no effect at this time, though enhancements to the Zombie Eat Zombie mechanic may be added in the future.
